Aqua Alchohol Denat VP/VA Copolymer Glycerin PVP Phenoxyethanol Ethylhexylglycerin
How To Apply
- Dispense a couple of drops into a container and add a small amount of your fave loose pigment to the liquid.
- Mix together until you get a vibrant liquid, pigment paint.
- If there are bits or clumps in this mixture then you have added too much pigment, simply add a couple more drops of Pigment Drops and mix it again.
- Apply with a brush and allow it to dry to a water-resistant finish.
