FAQ's

All orders placed Monday to Thursday are processed and sent the day after receiving them. Full online tracking will be available for your order around 17.00pm GMT on the day the order has been sent.

Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday and on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed over the weekend and sent on a Monday.

UK orders will be sent using 48hr delivery, you can expect your order within 2/3 working days.

International orders vary in delivery times from 4 - 12 days dependent on the destination please check the delivery page.

Peaches and Cream is not responsible for any fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service we will be sending the products by at checkout.

Brexit - Some of our EU customers may now incur additional costs due to Brexit, we are working hard to ensure this is dealt with as quickly as possible and are in the process of making changes so that all charges are dealt with at checkout on our online store. In the interim period please check with your local postal supplier about what charges could be made to you.

Our international delivery times are estimated, tracking details will be provided on completion of the order.

You will receive an email or sms message on the day you place the order with full tracking details and you will be able to keep tracking your order until delivery.

If you fail to receive your order or there is an issue with the tracking then please contact Royal Mail or the international service provider that the parcel has been handed too within your specific country, as well as us on post@fabulousmakeup.co.uk

Unfortunately this is not possible as we process the orders soon after we receive them. We suggest that you ensure all your details are correct before submitting your order. If there is an issue then please email us and we will make every effort to ensure your parcel is delivered to the correct address.

Peaches & Cream is a cruelty-free brand. All our makeup brushes are
made from advanced synthetic fibres, our eyelashes are made from advanced synthetic fibres and ethically sourced human hair, and we also sell a wide range of biodegradable glitter.
