Last Post for international orders has now passed

UK Orders Tracked Orders 📦🚚

Last post for guaranteed Christmas delivery is Friday 20th December , please place orders before 10.30am on Friday 20th December to receive your order in time for Christmas.

Orders placed between 20th December after 10.30 am and until 12.00 on 23rd December will be processed and sent on 23rd December , however will not be guaranteed for Christmas.

Holiday Season Shipping Information 📦🚚

Orders Placed between 23rd December after 12pm until 00.00 on 26th December will be processed and sent on 27th December , estimated delivery will be 30th 31st December

Orders Placed between 27th December until 1st January 00.00 will be sent on 2nd January, estimated delivery will be by 6th January.

Normal processing and sending times will resume on 2nd January.

Please note the delivery times are advisory. The number of days refers to working days Monday-Friday. 

All our orders are sent fully tracked and will be delivered on the first attempt, either to your door, a safe place, or a neighbour. We will consider the item delivered when this has been done and your tracking has been updated to state delivered. 

If you claim to not have your order when it has been stated as delivered or it has arrived damaged we will investigate, this can take up to 14 days. Once the investigation has been completed we will let you know the outcome. If we confirm delivery of your item by providing supporting evidence such as GPS coordinates, photo evidence or verbal confirmation of delivery then we may not resend the item or refund the order. 

Please Note: Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday. 

Duties & Taxes

You may be liable to pay import duties and customs taxes on orders outside of the UK. These are applied once the parcel has reached its destination country, and you will be responsible to pay them. For more information about this you would need to contact your local customs office. 

🇪🇺 Eurozone - We are members of the IOSS Scheme, VAT is collected at checkout for all orders under €150.00 only, this will mean limited delays at customs but additional duty charges may apply. 

Currency Conversion

All Prices listed on our website are GBP (£). Your banking provider will determine the exchange rate you will pay. You can use an online convertor to check the daily exchange rate to give you an estimation of the cost. You can also select to pay in USD, AUD, EUR, CAD, NZD however, additional charges will incur to make this currency exchange. 

Returns Policy

We have a 14 day returns policy. If you receive your goods and are not happy please email post@fabulousmakeup.co.uk , you have 14 days from the receiving  the order to request a full refund. 

We will only refund/replace items that are returned unused and in a re-sellable condition.

Due to our hygiene regulations we can't refund, replace or exchange makeup returned in non-saleable condition. 

The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer so we advise that you return them by tracked or recorded delivery (if you return something and it gets lost we will not be able to process your exchange / refund).

Once we have received the goods, they will be checked by our quality control team. Our customer service team will then email you to process the return. We advise that you leave a 7 day wait time for your return to be processed. Once we have processed the return we will inform you by email. For Paypal refunds it states that it takes 3-5 days for the money to appear back in your account. For card refunds we would also allow up to 10 days to receive the money back in your bank.
