Our Glitter Base has been specifically formulated with our Peaches & Cream loose biodegradable glitter pigments in mind. Designed to help create a crease-proof finish whilst minimising glitter fallout and will keep you sparkling all day and night.
Our Glitter Base is clear in colour and dries to a slightly tacky consistency, creating the perfect base for your glitter pigment eyeshadow.
