Always apply on top of a Primer to get the maximum colour pay off from your pigment.

Please Note: All of our pigments are potted to a specific fill weight, not volume. We find that sometimes the more glittery ones, as they are less dense than the shimmers, once settled in the pot they can appear less than full. We can assure you that they are all potted exactly the same to the fill point.

• Apply a thin layer of Eyeshadow Primer first to create a blank canvas that will grip your pigment to ensure a rich colour pay off.
• Pat Duchess pigment firmly over the base using PC35
• Try mixing Duchess with Pigment Drops to create a vibrant metallic eyeliner.
