Please Note: All of our pigments are potted to a specific fill weight, not volume. We find that sometimes the more glittery ones, as they are less dense than the shimmers, once settled in the pot they can appear less than full. We can assure you that they are all potted exactly the same to the fill point.
How to apply
- Apply our Glitter Base for the ultimate ocean sparkle look - and one that will stay in place all night long
- Pat Maliblue over the base using PC35
- Why not mix Maliblue with Pigment Drops to create a bright blue liquid with hints of sparkle that can be used as eyeliner or body paint
